Headway guarantee product no longer offered

EFIC remains committed to offering flexible, tailored solutions. As part of this commitment, and in response to feedback we have received, we are simplifying our financial solutions to enable SME exporters to better access working capital with a guarantee from EFIC.

In providing more tailored solutions to meet the needs of exporters, EFIC has decided to withdraw the Headway guarantee product from 9 December 2011.

We continue to offer the Export Working Capital Guarantee as a customer focussed solution to meet the needs of Australian exporters seeking additional working capital to fulfil export contracts.

Recognising there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to exports and the financial needs of exporters, if you require less than $500,000 in additional working capital, please contact your bank relationship manager who will support you in assessing whether you can apply for a working capital guarantee from EFIC.
