Manager, Structured Trade and Project Finance - Sydney

A vacancy has become available for an analyst to join our structured trade and project finance team. In this role you will provide support to the Originators and senior Transaction Management staff by assisting with credit assessments, documentation and execution, including assisting with relevant transaction issues such as Compliance, EFIC Act and OECD obligations.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must satisfy the following selection criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business administration, law and/or relevant technical disciplines.
  • 3-4 years experience in a financial or other institution with a background in financial/credit analysis, and in corporate lending, structured trade finance and/or project finance.
  • Experience in building or using financial models, undertaking financial/credit/risk analysis and preparing, loan/credit proposals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and liaison skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing demands and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in small, highly intra-dependent transaction teams within a broader origination and execution team environment.
